What about security ?
We believe that a home occupied by a trustworthy person is more secure than an empty
home.
Problems are almost non-existent between colleagues who participate in such exchanges
based on mutual trust.
However, we must point out that Echanges Enseignants /Teachers' House Swaps
will not be held responsible in the extremely unlikely event that any difficulties arise
between participants, just as the association cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy of the
information provided in the directories. The fact that we keep a record of the name of the
employing institution should remove any possible doubts concerning the reliability of the exchange partner.
In addition, the association would be available as an unbiased arbitrator
should any such difficulties ever arise and would work diligently to bring
about an amicable solution.
